Plymouth FC U9's 5-0 Arsenal BR

Plymouth FC finished their season with an entertaining encounter against an Arsenal team that never quit.

Congratulations to Plymouth FC U9's who ended the Summer / Fall season with an record of 15 wins, 1 tie, and 0 losses.

Plymouth FC U9's 6-3 UC Rage

Plymouth FC hopefully learnt an invaluable lesson about showing up for every game, and playing from first to last whistle.

Taking nothing away from a UC Rage team that took the game to Plymouth FC during the opening 30 minutes, and thoroughly deserved their 3-1 lead, it was clear to all that Plymouth FC simply were not ready to compete. It was not until with barely 20 minutes left on the clock that Plymouth FC showed the same drive and determination that has been on display for the majority of the season.

Plymouth FC U9's 5-1 Celtic Select

Plymouth FC collected all three points from a game in which, in periods, they played some fantastic football.

Plymouth FC came out with all guns blazed during the opening 15 minutes of the first half, but were only able to score the solitary goal against a Celtic defense that stood firm.

Although Celtic were able to snatch an equalizing goal in the opening exchanges of the second half, Plymouth FC responded by arguably playing some of their best football of the season, and were able to put the game out of reach with four unanswered second half goals.

Plymouth FC U9's 6-0 Celtic Storm Select

Plymouth FC put on a good passing display on their way to recording a 6-0 victory over Celtic Select.

Although Celtic had the better of the opening exchanges, Plymouth FC were quickly able to find their rhythm, and went into the break leading 4-0. Plymouth FC continued where they left off in the first half and were able to dominate possession through effective passing and movement off the ball. Although only able to add two additional goals in the second half, Plymouth FC will come away from the game happy with their performance.

Plymouth FC U9's 2-2 Celtic Premier

In a thoroughly entertaining encounter, with both teams having their chance to snatch the winning goal in the final minutes, both teams will come out of the game feeling that a draw was a fair result.

Celtic came out of the gates on fire in the opening half, but were unable to score the opening goal that they arguably deserved. As the half progressed, Plymouth FC were gradually able to get their foot in the game, and although they probably created the more clear cut chances, had to settle for stalemate at the break.

The second half saw both teams attack each other at will from first to final whistle. Although Plymouth FC were able to strike the first blow early in the second half, Celtic responded shortly after with a well worked finish. Plymouth FC were able to regain the lead with just over 5 minutes left on the clock with their own well taken finish, but back again came Celtic who claimed a deserved share of the points with a a well struck free kick in the closing minutes.

Plymouth FC U9's 5-2 Arsenal DW

Plymouth FC came out on top after a thoroughly entertaining end to end encounter against a much improved Arsenal team.

In a refreshing change, although not always successful, both teams looked to pass the ball from the first to the last whistle, which made for a great game for all in attendance.

Although Plymouth FC took an early lead, Arsenal responded well and were able to grab a deserved equalizing goal shortly thereafter. Plymouth FC were able to pull away to a 4-1 lead at the interval, but one would argue that the game was closer than the score indicated.

The second half was a very even affair with both teams continuing to pass the ball around. Plymouth FC struck first in the second half to extend their lead to 5-1, but Arsenal continued to press and were able to add another goal to their total with the final goal of the game.

Although Plymouth FC came away from the game with the three points, the fact that both teams attempt to play the game the way that it should be played, football was the real winner.

Plymouth FC U9's 10 - 0 Heber Valley Storm - Gold

Plymouth FC came away from Heber City with all three points against a spirited Heber team that fought from start to finish.

Plymouth FC U9's 5 - 2 Heber Valley Storm - Black

Plymouth FC will come away from a tricky game in Heber City happy to have claimed all three points against a good Heber team.

Although Plymouth FC would argue that they controlled the majority of possession, they struggled to turn that possession into goals. As a result, they were never able to put the game to bed against a Heber team that fought from start to finish and thoroughly deserved their two goals.
